Description
The Nuvis-534RT from the manufacturer Neousys is an ultra-compact, high-performance vision controller with integrated camera interfaces, special I / O modules for vision and real-time control for machine vision applications.
Operated with an AMD Ryzen ™ Embedded V1807B CPU (4 processor cores / 8 threads), the controller in a very compact housing (82 x 118 x 176 mm) offers excellent performance at the level of mainstream desktop CPUs. The Nuvis-534RT vision controller offers special I / O configurations, such as a CC light control controller that can be used to directly control LED lights, an isolated 12 V trigger connection for triggering cameras, and an encoder input for reading out position information and DIO for connecting sensors / actuators.
All of these vision-specific I / O modules can be managed using Neousy’s patented DTIO V2 or NuMCU technology to guarantee a real-time trigger / response time in the microsecond range. The combination of high performance and small footprint makes the Neousys Nuvis-534RT a practical controller, on the basis of which a vision system with small space requirements can be provided with USB 3.0 and GigE cameras.
